Yes, children from 2 years old count as a «place» and therefore the extra bed must be paid for. In the case of children under two years of age, it is not necessary to add them to the reservation and it will be understood that they do not need a bed and that they sleep in the double bed or in a crib brought by the adults.
Yes, but please note that the extra beds are small (70 cm). If you are going to be 4 adults, please indicate it in the comments when making the reservation.
If your stay is longer than one night, between 11am and 1pm and if you do not tell us otherwise, we will enter your room to remove what you may have used and replenish clean kitchenware and breakfast and/or dinner.
Except for special needs and in order to reduce the amount of water and energy needed for the cleaning of textiles and thus the preservation of the environment, the change of sheets and towels will be done from the third night and upon confirmation by the visitors. Only in our independent igloos and maximum two animals per stay. When making the reservation you must take into account that it is made in the room that indicates «pets welcome», if it does not appear in the options on the dates chosen is that it is already occupied by other people. Before finalizing the reservation you must add the extra «pets welcome» (10 euros).
Pets are not allowed in the igloo rooms. In this way we avoid possible disturbances to the room located in the same building.

No, the light supplied in the igloos is necessary for the proper functioning of the lighting, appliances, the boiler and the charging of cell phones or tablets. We advise against plugging in electrical appliances with high consumption (hair dryers and hair straighteners, electric shavers…) as this could leave the rest of the complex without power.
All our igloos have a private bathroom.
The igloos are equipped with a boiler that supplies hot water and heating (radiators). Yes, we have air conditioning that works only with solar energy.
We do not have wifi. Coverage depends on the contracted company and the mobile device, but it is usually quite limited.

To confirm the reservation, 100% of the reservation must be paid. Payment is made through the payment gateway of our website. You can also pay by Bizum but you must have previously activated the payment key for electronic commerce. If you have not done so, go to settings and select key management.
The last two km of access are through an unpaved gravel track. Sometimes (due to rains etc.) the track may be in worse conditions, but any slow car can go up.
You will receive an email with a link to check in online. You must enter the data of all the people who will occupy the igloo. After the online check in you will receive the code to access the room.
All our reservations include a small breakfast that is prepared in the igloo for the next day. Dinner is a separate extra that can be purchased at the time of booking or later through a reminder email that you will receive a few days before arrival. For organizational and management reasons it is necessary to request dinner at least 3 days in advance.
Breakfast consists of: Whole milk (pasteurised), organic orange juice, bread or toast, pastries, butter, jam…All rooms have a coffee machine with coffee capsules, you will also find a decaffeinated coffee capsule and colacao.
